Terms of Service

Services Provided

Dry Florida (MCAA, Inc.) provides professional mold testing and mold inspection services throughout South Florida. All inspections are performed by a Florida-licensed Mold Assessor (License: MRSA3680).

Separation of Assessment and Remediation

In accordance with Florida law, mold assessment and mold remediation must be performed by separate, independent parties. Dry Florida performs mold assessment only. If remediation is required, the property owner must hire a separate, licensed mold remediation contractor to perform the work according to our protocol.

Insurance Billing

When billing insurance companies directly, Dry Florida makes no guarantees regarding insurance coverage or payment. It is the property owner's responsibility to understand their insurance policy coverage. If insurance denies the claim or does not pay in full, the property owner remains responsible for all charges.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made for insurance billing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

No Medical Advice

Our services do not constitute medical advice. If you have health concerns related to mold exposure, please consult with a qualified medical professional.

Limitations of Liability

Mold testing provides a snapshot of conditions at the time of inspection. Conditions may change over time. Dry Florida is not responsible for undiscovered mold or mold that develops after the inspection. Our liability is limited to the cost of the inspection services provided.
